Looking towards the old Outward and Tranship shed with the area of the yard known as the 'The Farm' on the left. The photograph was taken from the veranda of the office block seen in image 'gwrhd685' showing the cartage area opposite the single storey stable block which formed the exterior boundary wall with Pitsford Street. The main office block from where the photograph was taken was badly damaged in 1940 during one of the many air raids on Birmingham.
