GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

Southern Railways Class D15 No 465 is seen at the head of an up express of Southern coaching stock near Knowle and Dorridge in August 1925. Designed by Drummond and built at Eastleigh works in July 1912 it remained n service and gained the running number 30465 by British Rail before, as the last of it's class, to be withdrawn from Eastleigh shed in January 1956 to be scrapped by Ashford works.
