An interior view of Lapworth Signal Box showing both levers and Signal Diagram in the mid-1960s. Originally there was a ladder connection from the Down Goods Loop and Bay line right across to the Up Refuge siding. This also included the connection from the Up Main to the Bay. The Up side of this ladder was removed in the early 1960s and the levers that worked it became spare. These are the white ones in the middle of the frame.
