Looking towards Stratford upon Avon with Long Marston station in the distance and the lifted loop line on the right whilst the connection from the MOD sidings has also been severed, on 18th May 1964. The five exchange sidings, the military engine shed, water tower can be seen on the right of the photograph. Note too the black curved backing board fitted to the rear of the signal to aid sighting against the background of the bridge from where the photograph was taken. C1968
