Compare this view with image 'gwrlm484' for the modification undertaken including re-siting the steps. As can be seen, the station sign was lower being placed just above the 'picket' type fencing, when this was replaced with taller metal fencing the sign was raised above the fence. The dark object by the corner of the booking hall is presumed to be the photographer's camera bag.
