GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

Ex-GWR 49xx Class 4-6-0 No 4943 'Marrington Hall' passes through on the down centre road during the early 1950s. Built by Swindon works to Lot 254 in July 1954, No 4943 was to remain in service until December 1963 when it was withdrawn from 86G Pontypool Road shed to be scrapped by Birds in Morriston.
