Close up of image 'gwrls2200' showing two ex-LMS 2-6-0 and one BR Standard 2-6-4T locomotives stabled outside the shed just a few weeks prior to closure in 1965. For the last two years of the shed's working existence the shed had been allocated to the London Midland Region and consequently its shed code was changed from 84D to 2L. This saw ex-GWR depart from the shed's allocation to be replaced by ex-LMS locomotives as well as British Railways Standard designs.
