London's Premier Picture Paper 'Daily Sketch' once competed with the Daily Mirror in pre-Sun days. Camp Coffee was a chicory based coffee concentrate in liquid form and sold in bottles whilst Reckitts were well known manufacturers of laundry products. Two advertisements were designed to attract tourism, Belle Vue Zoo in Manchester attracting day visitors whilst Blackpool competed as a holiday destination in the days prior to cheap flights to the Mediterranean.
