GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

Ex-GWR 4-6-0 No 7000 'Viscount Portal passes through the station with the 2:10pm Paddington to Birkenhad service on 7th October 1961. Built at Swindon works in May 1946 No 7000 remained in service until December 1963 when it was withdrawn from Worcester shed to be scrapped in June 1964 by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
