GWR Route: Moreton-in-Marsh to Shipston-on-Stour

This close up of image 'gwrmm975' shows some of the different features seen on the up platform including the sculptured fascia board and arched topped gas lamppost. The cast-iron bench seat is clearly a standard GWR design with the letters GWR entwined in the seat's four supports. The once familiar sight of a flowerbed on a platform has been taken literally to a new level with the installation of a hand-built trellis.
