GWR Route: Moreton-in-Marsh to Shipston-on-Stour

Moreton-in-Marsh Station: gwrmm980

An unidentified GWR 0-6-0 'Dean Goods' locomotive is seen shunting wagons into the goods shed during the interwar period. Just visible behind the Brunelian' goods shed is the yard's fixed position six ton rated crane. The width of the entrance into the shed provides further evidence of the line's former broad gauge track heritage. To the right is an old grounded coach body which would be used for mess facilities and storage of tools etc.
