View of Small Heath station's booking office situated on the bridge of Golden Hillock Road with just one exterior door in use on 8th Nov 1983. Although outside of our time frame this is the only photograph we have of the station structure at road level. As with many stations, the post 1968 BR corporate minimalist style ranged from removing most exterior fittings of structures to the installation of "bus" type shelters on the platform, such is progress!
