Interior of the third floor of the new Soho & Winson Green Warehouse showing the reinforced concrete design. The warehouse was 300 feet long by 75 feet wide and provided a total of about 65,000 sq foot of fireproof storage space. All floors were served by four 3 ton electric lifts, two of which can be seen here on either side. The warehouse building and the adjacent yard was electrically lighted. Office, mess room and other accommodation was also provided for the warehouse staff and the men engaged in the yard.
