GWR 0-6-0PT No 1070 fitted with a half-cab and a member of the outside-framed 1016 class, is seen on shed on 21st June 1931. Built at Wolverhampton works in July 1871 it was to remain in service for just over a year when it was withdrawn from service in August 1932 from Chester shed to be scrapped circa 1932 at Swindon works.
