GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

Budbrook and Warwick Cold Store: gwrw2186

Ex-GWR 68xx Class 4-6-0 No 6850 'Cleeve Grange' passes through Budbrook on a down Class A passenger service on 15th August 1964. The locomotive is at the head of the 1:11pm Portsmouth Harbour to Wolverhampton Low Level on 15th August 1964. Built by Swindon works to Lot 308 in October 1937, No 6850 was to remain in service until December 1964 when it was withdrawn from 86E Severn Tunnel Junction shed to be scrapped by J Cashmore of Newport.
