GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

GWR 2-6-0 Mogul No 5399 is seen working hard to build up speed ready to tackle Hatton Bank whilst on an express freight working. Built at Swindon works in November 1920 No 5399 remained in service until September 1962 when it was withdrawn from Brecon shed although it was not scrapped until 1964 by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
