GWR 2-6-0 43xx class No 6386 approaches Wood End tunnel on a northbound Class B goods service. For more information on 'Engine Head Lamps and Signal Bells' see image 'headcodes'. Built by Robert Stephenson & Co to Lot E1 in August 1921, No 6386 was to remain in service until September 1962 when it was withdrawn from 86E Severn Tunnel Junction shed to be scrapped by Swindon works.
