Ex-GWR 4-6-0 No 6018 'King Henry VI' is seen heading a Paddington to Snow Hill excursion working on 15th March 1959. The two sets of lower quadrant signals are the up and down main and relief distance signals controlling access to Solihull and Bentley Heath Crossing. Built by Swindon works to Lot 243 in June 1928 No 6018 remained in service until February 1963 when it was withdrawn from 81A Old Oak Common shed.
