GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

GWR 4-4-0 Straight framed Badminton Class No 3297 'Earl Cawdor' on 11:15am from Snow Hill on 27th September 1910. For a period of time the locomotive carried a large flush round-topped boiler on trial and also incorporated a large side-windowed cab which Pat Whitehouse thought reminiscent of North Eastern Railway cabs.
