LNER built 4-4-2 Class C5 No 5365 'Sir WM Pollitt has just passed through Braunston & Willoughby station on an up express circa 1928. A Great Central design by JG Robinson No 5365 was built in September 1925 and allocated No 365, part of the former Great Central's number series. It was soon renumbered as LNER No 5365 which it carried until 1946 when it was again renumbered by the LNER as 2898 which it carried until it was withdrawn from Immingham shed in August 1947.
