A brick built skewed arch under bridge constructed to carry the GC over a road just north of the River Avon on 13th March 1897. The bridge's parapet has yet to be built, and the temporary wooden centring used to form the arch has still to be removed. Topham, Jones & Railton was the firm contracted to build this section of the Railway (Contract No 3, Aylestone to Rugby).
