Flecknoe, Willoughby and Staverton: gcrcs171

The fully completed thirteen arch viaduct built by Thomas Oliver & Sons as part of contract No 4

The fully completed thirteen arch viaduct built by Thomas Oliver & Sons as part of contract No 4 which covered Rugby to Woodford. Despite being named the Willoughby Viaduct, the structure (Bridge No 471) was in fact closer to the Northamptonshire village of Braunston, with the northern most section lying in that county but with the majority of the viaduct having crossed back over the boundary into Warwickshire.
