Ex-ROD 2-8-0 class O4/3 No 63639 passes through Rugby's Great Central station with a down goods train. Built in October 1918 by Nasmyth and Wilson as GCR No 1559 it was later renumbered at grouping by the LNER as No 6559 before being renumbered in 1946 as No 3639. British Railways changed its number again by adding 60,000 resulting in the locomotive being No 63639 which it retained until it was withdrawn in December 1965 from 40E Colwick shed.
