Third of five photographs showing the recovery of ex-LMS 8F 2-8-0 No 48263 at Spon End arches

Stanier 2-8-0 No 48263 is now being lifted by two breakdown cranes, one being on the Nuneaton to Coventry branchline the other at the end of the siding. Its presumed that one crane came from nearby Rugby and the other either from Aston or Saltley. 16 December 1962.
