Peckett 0-4-0ST Works No 1532 'Kapai' is seen shunting in the yard at Pooley Hall Colliery circa 1948. The five plank Private Owner 'Ebbw Vale' wagon is a long way from home and must be in the common pool scheme whereby the wagon could be used for other loads if available rather than being returned empty to the owner at further expense.
