The Austin Motor Company: misc_indust222

The driver takes an opportunity to add some shine to the lined green livery of 0-6-0ST ‘Austin 3’ at Austin Motor Works in the 1950s. This locomotive was purchased new from Hunslett Engines and Co, Hunslett Engine Works, Leeds in 1937 (Works No 1814). The locomotive was scrapped in March 1971.
