Samuel Barlow Coal Company's contract for the amount of coal to be delivered over a given period from 19th April 1940. The schedule states the cost relating of coal from the five collieries (Newdigate, Tamworth, Pooley Hall, Moira, Measham and Kingsbury) and the method of delivery by either canal and by rail. Note that whilst this schedule was dated the same as the other two no special 'War Clause' has been inserted relating to the impact of the war and the cost of transportation. Samuel Barlow Coal Company was a local coal merchant.
