British Rail Class 58017, a Co-Co class of diesel locomotive, propels empty Merry Go Round wagons forming 11:26 from Garston Docks. This photograph was taken much later than our target end date of 1968 but has been included because it helps to put into perspective the location of the junction and the new A444 road to Nuneaton which can be seen in the background.
