Careful observation will show that a modesty panel has been provided to the Gentlemens's urinals set at 45° to the doorway. The platform ranch style fencing seen in the foreground was replaced for reasons unknown within 20 years, but not those seen on the ramp on the left. The station was lit by gas lampposts located either side of the station buildings, two on the tunnel portion, three on the portion nearest the footbridge and one at the top of the steps.
