LMS 5MT 4-6-0 'Black 5' No 5315 is seen on a down express
having just passed under Parkfield Road bridge in August 1939. Built by the
Armstrong Whitworth Company in February 1937 No 5315 remained in service until
September 1963 when it was withdrawn from Crewe South shed to be scrapped
during October 1963 by Crewe works.
