Ex-LNWR 7F 0-8-0 'G2A' No 8921 is seen heading a long empty
mineral freight working as it approaches Kenilworth on the way to Nuneaton
circa 1938. It is often forgotten that the transportation of coal in dedicated
wagons meant that one load of coal required the transport costs of a round trip
to be calculated in to the over all cost of delivery.
