LMS Route: Nuneaton to Leamington

LMS 4P 2-6-4T No 2262 is seen running bunker first on a three-coach Coventry to Leamington local passenger service shortly before nationalisation of the railways. Built at Derby works in December 1946 No 2262 remained in service until October 1964 when it was withdrawn from Ladyburn shed in Greenoch before being scrapped in December 1964 by P & W McLellan of Langloan.
