Shilton Station: lnwr_shil1109

LNWR 0-8-0 'G1' class No 674 is seen working very hard at the head of a long up goods train near Shilton station circa 1920-22. Built at Crewe works in September 1912 No 674 was renumbered by the LMS as No 9183 and remained as such whilst in service until June 1950 when it was withdrawn from Longsight in Manchester never bearing its allocated British Railway number of No 49183.
