A general view of Aston Shed which shows a number of locomotives in steam despite it being Sunday, 7th October 1962. Among the locomotives causing the drifting smoke are: BR Standard Class 7MT 4-6-0 'Pacifics' No 70042 'Lord Roberts' and No 70012 'John Gaunt'; an unidentified ex-LMS 4-6-0 Jubilee Class locomotive; ex-LMS 4-6-0 5MT No 44342 and a Type 2 Diesel Locomotive.
