British Railways Standard Class 5 4-6-0 No 73165 is seen standing at Platform 6 on the 1 45pm New Street to Liverpool and Manchester service on 6th January 1962. Built at Doncaster Plant in February 1957 No 73165 had a very short working life being withdrawn in September 1965 from Patricroft shed to be scrapped in December 1965 by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
