Ex-LMS 5MT 4-6-0 No 45286 stands at platform 3 at the head of an up express to Euston on 27th July 1963. Built as LMS No 5286 by Armstrong Whitworth Limited in December 1936, No 45286 was to remain in service until March 1965 when it was withdrawn from 10A Carnford shed.
