BR Period Locomotives: lnwrbns_br2906
Ex-LMS 5MT 4-6-0 No 45046 is seen at platform 3 with steam
escaping from its safety valves on 13th July 1963. Built as LMS No 5046 by the
Vulcan Foundry in October 1935, No 45046 was to remain in service until June
1968 when it was withdrawn from 9K Bolton shed for scrapping by Cohens of
Kettering.
