BR Period Locomotives: lnwrbns_br2915
Ex-LMS 4P 2-6-4T No 42417 is seen within the Midland portion
at New Street station with a cattle wagon behind the bunker on 14th September
1962. Built by Derby works in November 1933, No 42417 was to remain in service
until April 1964 when it was withdrawn from 21A Saltley shed for scrapping.
