Ex-LMS 8P Coronation Class 4-6-2 No 46251 'City of
Nottingham' arrives in New Street station on a SLS Special on 12th July 1964.
Built as LMS No 6251 by Crewe works in June 1944, No 46251 was one on the class
which was never streamlined and ran until October 1964 when it was withdrawn
from 5A Crewe North shed to be scrapped by J Cashmores of Great Bridge.
