An illustrated view of passengers embarking on one of the
principal express services departing from Platform 2 with luggage being loaded
on top of the coaches. The Steps seen above the carriages lead down from the
footbridge to Platform 3. The small boy on the right is selling papers to
passengers remaining on the train whilst the station porter is being given a
tip by the lady.
