An unidentified ex-LNWR 0-8-0 'Super D' locomotive is seen running tender first through the station on a down empty mineral train. To the left standing on the goods siding are two closed wagons, the first appears to be a horse box as the end nearest the camera show vacuum piping for working with passenger stock and a heating pipe to keep both the groom and horse warm.
