Courtaulds 0-4-0ST 'Rocket' is seen shunting in the exchange sidings adjacent to the LNWR's Nuneaton to Coventry line as evidenced by the LNWR signal box in the background. The Courtaulds works were located either side of Foleshill Road adjacent to the junction with Lockhurst Lane and Foleshill Railway ran through the site alongside the Coventry Canal. The signal box seen behind the locomotive was named Websters Siding. Rocket was built by Peckett and Sons Ltd of Bristol in 1926 to Works Order No 1722 and remained at Courtaulds throughout its working life. It was eventually found itself as part of the private 'Shropshire Collection', near Shrewsbury. This collection was sold "en mass" to the S & D Co. Ltd, who had Rocket restored to its current status by 2003. It's current boiler ticket expires in 2012.
