Ex-LMS 4-6-0 5XP Patriot class No 5533 'Lord Rathmore' is seen being turned on Coventry shed's 57 foot turntable on 20th June 1949. This photograph shows the main Rugby to Birmingham line behind the locomotive and the branch line to Leamington if front. Built as LMS No 5533 at Derby works in April 1933 it carried its name from the outset and remained in service until September 1962 when it was withdrawn from Edge Hill shed in Liverpool after being in store at Preston shed in December 1961 to be cut up during October 1962 by Crewe works.
