Another view of ex-LMS 2P 0-4-4T No 41902 standing waiting for the 'right of way' at the head of a local Leamington to Nuneaton passenger service. The fittings to the smokebox and the extra pipe work to the front bufferbeam are evidence that the locomotive was Push-Pull fitted. When in 'Push' mode the driver would control the locomotive through a system of vacuum controlled mechanical linkages suspended under the coaches whilst the fireman remained in the locomotive stoking the fire etc.
