Ex-LNWR 4P 4-6-2T No 6980 stands on shed fully coaled on 12th May 1934 with Quinton Road running behind the boarded fence. Built at Crewe works in April 1911 No 6980 was initially numbered by the LNWR as No 1728 before it was withdrawn in March 1938 to be scrapped shortly afterwards.
