A 1934 aerial photograph of Coundon Road station, the level crossing and its very busy Coal Wharf. Note too that a set of ten carriages have been stabled in the siding immediately adjacent to the running lines. In all probability these are workmen carriages servicing the many factories along the Coventry section of the Nuneaton branch.
