Commor motor lorry Fleet No 43B, registration number BM 2622, was originally built in 1913 as a bus and registered by Commer in their home town of Luton. The simple message on the banner, combined with the porter's sack trolley and sacks, would appear to confirm that the ladies, again wearing what would appear to be a uniform of some kind, are goods porters and are therefore most likely to be working at Curzon Street.
