Foleshill Station's goods yard looking rather empty reflecting the decline in traffic in the late 1950s and early 1960s. The 1938 edition of the Railway Clearing House indicated twenty merchants were using this facility. The sidings are laid with light rails fixed by spikes, not chairs, to the sleepers which are covered by ash ballast.
