This 1931 aerial view of Foleshill station's goods yard shows part of the goods shed on the left and the coal sidings behind. Between the sidings and Shanks & Sons Timber Yard are a number of coal staithes. At the entrance to the yard, top left, the weigh bridge and office can be seen. Amongst the LMS open wagons are Private Owner open wagons of which those from the Griff Colliery seemed to be most evident.
