Another view of Harborne station being used as a store for timber shortly before the line closed in 1963. As seen in this photograph the station remained virtually unaltered even to the extent of the track work. The timber on the platform is being used by the Chad Valley Toy company who have re-roofed the parcel shed which originally had a curved roof. The footbridge which was used both by the railway as well as providing a through access to the local housing estates remains. The wagons on the right are standard BR 10 foot steel mineral wagons.
